EXAIR's® compressed air operated sanitary flange line vac connects to standard clamp style flange fittings to create a powerful in-line conveyor made from type 316 stainless steel, ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances. The material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator, and an optional bracket permits easy mounting. The unit features no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance free operation. It is ISO 2852 compatible, fits standard sanitary flanges, is compact, offers high throughput capability, and operates quietly. The line vac complies with OSHA's safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet distance. EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and is committed to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, utilizing the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and product compliance.
