The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor, designed to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances and handle abrasive or heavy materials. The Heavy Duty Line Vac kit includes the Heavy Duty Line Vac itself, a mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. It is constructed from hardened alloy for durability, offers the highest throughput capability, is compact and quiet, contains no moving parts, and fits standard hose, tube, and pipe. Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule using the CMRT 3.02 template to document its supply chain and commitment to conflict-free products.
