The kit includes a threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's threaded Line Vac air-operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system suitable for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. These Line Vacs easily attach to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. The aluminum construction provides an economical choice for general-purpose conveying with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations.
