The kit includes a threaded line vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR® threaded line vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system designed for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The threaded line vacs attach easily to plumbing pipe couplers, facilitating the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. The line vac is made of aluminum, providing an economical option for general-purpose conveying, with a maximum operating temperature of 250°F (121°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include a compact and quiet design, no moving parts, and high throughput capability. EXAIR® line vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at a distance of 3 feet. EXAIR® also supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, demonstrating commitment to conflict minerals compliance by using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and ensure conflict-free products.
