EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for easy assembly of a complete system using ordinary pipe and fittings, with performance matching the standard Line Vac. It features no moving parts or electrical components, ensuring maintenance-free operation. Constructed from aluminum, it provides an economical option for general-purpose conveying with a maximum operating temperature of 250°F (121°C). The kit is compact, quiet, fits standard hoses or tubes, and offers high throughput capacity. The product is suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitations under the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet. EXAIR® also supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and commits to compliance with the conflict minerals rule by documenting its supply chain using the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure conflict-free products.
