EXAIR's® Threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The Threaded Line Vac attaches easily to plumbing pipe couplers, enabling the construction of a complete conveying system using standard pipe and fittings. Performance matches that of the standard Line Vac, with no moving parts or electricity required, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The standard stainless steel models are made of Type 303 stainless steel, providing good corrosion resistance and suitability for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum operating temperature of 800°F (426°C). The kit and package include the air operated conveyor designed for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include a compact design, quiet operation, compatibility with standard hose or tube, and high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet. EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule to avoid illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and product conflict-free status.
