The kit includes a heavy duty threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's heavy duty threaded Line Vac is their most powerful conveyor, designed to easily attach to plumbing pipe couplers to convert them into a powerful conveying system capable of moving more material over longer distances. Constructed from hardened alloy, it resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Line Vac offers the highest throughput capability, a compact design, quiet operation, no moving parts, and attaches to ordinary pipe and fittings. It complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, committing to compliance with the conflict minerals rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, and uses the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and conflict-free product commitment.
