EXAIR's® compressed air operated line vac connects to standard hose ranging from 3/8" to 5" inside diameter to create a powerful in-line conveyor material handling system designed for moving large volumes of material over long distances without clogging or jamming. The material flow rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator, and an optional bracket permits easy mounting. Made from aluminum for economical general purpose conveying, it features no moving parts or electricity, ensuring maintenance-free operation with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). The line vac is compact, quiet, fits standard hose or tube, and is available in aluminum or stainless steel options, providing high throughput capacity. It complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet. The product also supports compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule (Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act) to promote conflict-free sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold.
