Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor that can move large volumes of material over long distances. The standard stainless steel models are made from Type 303 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and are ideal for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications. The maximum temperature rating is 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include a compact design, quiet operation, no moving parts, compatibility with standard hose or tube, availability in aluminum or stainless steel, and high throughput capacity. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
