Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. The EXAIR® compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor that can move large volumes of material over long distances. The standard stainless steel models (Type 303) offer good corrosion resistance and are ideal for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features are compact size, quiet operation, no moving parts, compatibility with standard hose or tube, availability in aluminum or stainless steel, and high throughput capacity. EXAIR® Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound levels measured at 3 feet away. EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and commitment to conflict-free products.
