EXAIR's Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor designed to convert ordinary pipe into an efficient conveying system capable of moving more material over longer distances. Constructed from a hardened alloy to resist wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials, it easily attaches to plumbing pipe couplers for simple system assembly using standard pipe and fittings. Key applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Line Vac offers the highest throughput capability in a compact, quiet design with no moving parts. It complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound levels measured at 3 feet distance. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and ensures compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, documenting supply chain commitments using the CMRT 3.02 template.
