The kit includes a threaded line vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's threaded line vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. These line vacs easily attach to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing the construction of complete systems with standard pipe and fittings. The standard stainless steel models are made of Type 303 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and suitability for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications. They have a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include compact size, quiet operation, no moving parts, and high throughput capability. EXAIR line vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and commitment to conflict-free products.
