Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's compressed air-operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor capable of moving large volumes of material over long distances. Standard stainless steel models are made from Type 303 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and are ideal for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications. The maximum operating temperature is 800°F (426°C). Applications for the Line Vac include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include being compact, quiet, having no moving parts, fitting standard hose or tube, offering aluminum or stainless steel construction, and providing high throughput capacity. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and product commitments.
