The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor, designed with hardened alloy construction to prevent premature wear common with aluminum or stainless steel versions, and engineered to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances or handle abrasive and heavy materials. The kit and package include a compact conveyor with no moving parts that fits standard hose, tube, and pipe connections. It offers the highest throughput capability while operating quietly. Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Heavy Duty Line Vac complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document the supply chain and commitment to conflict-free products.
