The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor, designed with a hardened alloy construction to prevent premature wear and capable of conveying materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances, including abrasive or heavy materials. The kit and package include a compact, quiet conveyor with no moving parts that fits standard hose, tube, and pipe sizes, making it suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Heavy Duty Line Vac complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, commits to Conflict Minerals Rule compliance, and uses the CMRT 3.02 template to document its supply chain and ensure conflict-free products.
