TURBOBLAST® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds, featuring a soft grip with a one-finger button trigger to activate powerful airflow. The gun includes a gate valve for on-the-fly airflow adjustment to suit application demands, and the rugged cast aluminum handle is surrounded by an over-molded soft, UV and chemical-resistant elastomer grip. The handle houses a low-profile trigger button that protects the trigger if dropped and incorporates an automatic air shut-off mechanism that engages when the gun is released or dropped, enhancing operator safety. The trigger requires minimal squeeze to activate nozzles that effectively remove stubborn debris, slag, flash, or liquids from various harsh processes. The TURBOBLAST® offers easy airflow control via the adjustment valve, a light touch activation trigger, a "dead man's" grip to shut off airflow if dropped, an ergonomically insulated handle to protect from heat or cold, and an integrated air nozzle guard. It meets OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards, making it suitable for applications such as slag and flash removal, paper manufacturing cleanup, steel mill cleanup, manufacturing debris removal, part cooling, and liquid drying.
