Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor capable of moving large volumes of material over long distances. The aluminum construction offers an economical choice for general purpose conveying with a maximum temperature of 250°F (121°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key advantages are its compact size, quiet operation, lack of moving parts, compatibility with standard hose or tube, availability in aluminum or stainless steel, and high throughput capacity. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA’s safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and product conflict-free status.
