The TURBOBLAST® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds. They feature a soft grip with a one-finger button trigger that activates powerful airflow, and a gate valve allows on-the-fly airflow adjustment for varying application demands. The handle is made of rugged cast aluminum and is surrounded by an over-molded soft, yet durable elastomer grip that is UV and chemical resistant. The low-profile trigger button is protected within the handle to prevent damage if dropped. An automatic air shut-off mechanism engages if the gun is released or dropped, enhancing operator safety by preventing injury. Activation requires only a light squeeze to operate the nozzles for effective removal of stubborn debris, slag, flash, or liquids in harsh industrial processes. The gun includes an easy adjustment valve to control airflow force, a "dead man's" grip safety feature that stops airflow if the handle is dropped, and a highly ergonomic, insulated handle protecting against heat or cold. An integrated air nozzle guard is also included, and the design improves safety by meeting OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards. The kit and package comprise the air gun with all these safety and ergonomic features, designed for slag removal, flash removal, paper manufacturing cleanup, steel mill cleanup, stubborn debris or waste removal, part cooling, and part drying or liquid removal applications.
