The TURBOBLAST® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds, equipped with a soft grip housing a one-finger button trigger that activates powerful airflow. The kit includes a gate valve for on-the-fly airflow adjustment, allowing precise control when more or less airflow is needed. The rugged cast aluminum handle is surrounded by an over-molded soft elastomer grip that is UV and chemical resistant, providing insulation to protect from heat or cold. A low-profile trigger button is integrated into the handle to prevent damage if dropped, while an automatic air shut-off mechanism engages if the gun is released or dropped to prevent operator injury. The air gun features an easy adjustment valve for controlling airflow blowing force, a light touch activation trigger, an integrated air nozzle guard, and a highly ergonomic handle designed to improve safety and comply with OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards. The tool is suitable for slag removal, flash removal, paper manufacturing cleanup, steel mill cleanup, manufacturing cleanup of stubborn debris or waste, part cooling, and part drying or liquid removal.
