TurboBlast® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds, suitable for applications such as slag and flash removal, paper manufacturing cleanup, steel mill cleanup, and part cooling or drying. The kit includes a rugged cast aluminum handle surrounded by an over-molded soft elastomer grip that is UV and chemical resistant, housing a low-profile one-finger button trigger with light touch activation. A gate valve allows on-the-fly airflow adjustment to meet varying application demands, while an integrated air nozzle guard enhances safety. The handle is insulated to protect against heat or cold, and the gun features a "dead man's" grip mechanism that automatically shuts off air if the handle is dropped or released, preventing operator injury. These air guns improve safety and comply with OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards.
