TURBOBLAST® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds, suitable for applications such as slag removal, flash removal, paper manufacturing cleanup, steel mill cleanup, manufacturing cleanup of stubborn debris and waste, part cooling, and part drying or liquid removal. The gun features a soft grip with a one-finger button trigger that activates a powerful and adjustable airflow which can be dialed in for specific applications using an integrated gate valve for on-the-fly adjustment. It includes an easy adjustment valve to control the blowing force, a light touch activation trigger, and a "dead man's" grip that turns off airflow if the handle is dropped. The highly ergonomic handle is insulated to protect from heat or cold and incorporates an integrated air nozzle guard to improve safety. This design complies with OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards, ensuring a safe operating environment.
