Line Vac kits include a Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose to create a powerful in-line conveyor capable of moving large volumes of material over long distances. The standard stainless steel models are made from Type 303 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and suitability for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste or trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The Line Vac is compact, quiet, contains no moving parts, fits standard hose or tube, is available in aluminum or stainless steel, and features high throughput capacity. EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and commits to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain transparency and conflict-free sourcing.
