The Variblast® precision safety air gun includes the model 901220 chip shield and longer type 316 stainless steel extension pipes designed for hard-to-reach areas. This glass-reinforced nylon air gun delivers variable force through simple trigger valve adjustment, allowing the user to control the air force from a light squeeze to full trigger pull for maximum force. It is compatible with many 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles and features a lightweight, ergonomic design for comfortable extended use. The small size and focused blast of air with the included small nozzle and extension make it suitable for applications such as part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying. The gun reduces compressed air costs, improves blowoff performance, enhances safety, and meets OSHA noise and pressure level requirements.
