The kit includes a heavy duty threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's heavy duty threaded Line Vac is a powerful conveyor that easily attaches to plumbing pipe couplers to create an efficient conveying system capable of moving more material over longer distances. Constructed from hardened alloy, it resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features are its highest throughput capability, compact design, quiet operation, absence of moving parts, and compatibility with ordinary pipes and fittings. The Line Vac complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets noise limitation requirements under the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and complies with the Conflict Minerals Rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and conflict-free product commitment.
