TURBOBLAST® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds. The gun features a soft grip handle housing a low-profile, one-finger button trigger that activates a powerful airflow with a light touch. An integrated gate valve allows for on-the-fly airflow adjustment to meet varying application demands. The rugged cast aluminum handle is surrounded by an over-molded elastomer grip that is UV and chemical resistant, insulated to protect from heat or cold, and includes an integrated air nozzle guard. An automatic air shut-off mechanism engages if the gun is released or dropped, enhancing operator safety by preventing accidental airflow. The TURBOBLAST® is effective for slag and flash removal, paper manufacturing cleanup, steel mill cleanup, removal of stubborn debris or waste, part cooling, and liquid removal or drying. It meets OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards and incorporates safety features consistent with regulatory compliance.
