Kits include a threaded line vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR® threaded line vac air-operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. Threaded line vacs attach easily to plumbing pipe couplers, making it easy to build a complete system using ordinary pipe and fittings. The line vacs are made of aluminum, providing an economical choice for general-purpose conveying, with a maximum temperature rating of 250°F (121°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features include a compact design, quiet operation, no moving parts, and high throughput capability. EXAIR® line vacs comply with OSHA's safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR® supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and commits to compliance with the conflict minerals rule to prevent illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in the DRC region, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document supply chain and commitment to conflict-free products.
