The Variblast® precision safety air gun, including model 901220 chip shield and longer type 316 stainless steel extension pipes for hard-to-reach areas, is a glass reinforced nylon air gun designed for part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying. It produces variable force controlled by a trigger valve, allowing the user to adjust the force from light to maximum by varying trigger pressure. The air gun can be equipped with various 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles, providing a highly focused blast of air suitable for tight spaces due to its small nozzle and extension. The tool is lightweight, ergonomic, and designed for comfortable extended use while reducing compressed air costs and improving blowoff performance and safety. It meets OSHA noise level and pressure requirements.
