The kit includes a threaded line vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR® threaded line vac air-operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The threaded line vacs attach easily to plumbing pipe couplers, facilitating the construction of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. The aluminum construction provides an economical choice for general-purpose conveying and supports a maximum temperature of 250°F (121°C). Applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key features of the line vacs are their compact size, quiet operation, absence of moving parts, and high throughput capability. EXAIR® line vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
