The heavy duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor designed for conveying materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances as well as handling abrasive or heavy materials. The heavy duty Line Vac kit includes a heavy duty Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. It features hardened alloy construction, the highest throughput capability, a compact design, operates quietly, has no moving parts, and fits standard hose, tube, and pipe. Suitable for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations, the Line Vac complies with OSHA's safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and commits to compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document its supply chain and ensure conflict-free products.
