The kit includes a threaded Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. EXAIR's threaded Line Vac air operated conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim, and other bulk materials. The threaded Line Vacs easily attach to plumbing pipe couplers, allowing for simple assembly of a complete system using standard pipe and fittings. The standard stainless steel models (Type 303) provide good corrosion resistance, making them suitable for food service, abrasive, or corrosive applications, with a maximum temperature rating of 800°F (426°C). Typical applications include hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste and trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. Key advantages include a compact design, quiet operation, no moving parts, and high throughput capability. These Line Vacs comply with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation standards of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away.
