These models include Model 901220 chip shield and longer type 316 stainless steel extension pipes designed for hard to reach areas. The Variblast® precision safety air gun is a glass-reinforced nylon air gun that produces variable force through simple adjustment of the trigger valve, allowing the user to control the air pressure by squeezing the trigger partially or fully for maximum force. It can be equipped with various 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles. The air gun is small, lightweight, comfortable, ergonomic, and powerful, suitable for applications such as part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying. Its features include a variable flow trigger, highly focused blast of air, the ability to fit into tight spaces due to its small nozzle and extension, reduced compressed air cost, improved blowoff performance, and enhanced safety. It meets OSHA noise level requirements and OSHA pressure requirements.
