TurboBlast® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds. The rugged cast aluminum handle, surrounded by an over-molded soft, UV and chemical-resistant elastomer grip, houses a low-profile, one-finger button trigger that requires just a slight squeeze to activate powerful airflow for removing stubborn debris, slag, flash, or liquids. An automatic air shut-off mechanism engages if the gun is dropped or let go, enhancing operator safety by preventing accidental injury. The base models include a 1-foot (304.8 mm) extension, with options for 3-foot (914 mm) or 6-foot (1829 mm) extensions. All models come with integrated air nozzle guards and feature a gate valve for airflow control, available on specific models to adjust blowing force easily. The handle is highly ergonomic and insulated to protect from heat or cold. These safety air guns improve safety by meeting OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards and include a "dead man's" grip that automatically turns off airflow if the handle is dropped.
