TurboBlast® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds, featuring a soft grip with a one-finger button trigger that activates powerful airflow. The rugged cast aluminum handle is encased in an over-molded, soft yet durable elastomer grip that is both UV and chemical resistant, with a low-profile trigger button that remains protected if dropped. An automatic air shut-off mechanism engages if the gun is released or dropped, preventing operator injury. The trigger requires minimal squeeze to activate nozzles that effectively remove stubborn debris, slag, flash, or liquids in harsh industrial processes. Base models come with a 1' (304.8 mm) extension and can also be ordered with 3' (914 mm) or 6' (1829 mm) extensions. All models include integrated air nozzle guards and versions with a gate valve. These guns are used for paper manufacturing cleanup, steel mill cleanup, removal of stubborn debris and waste in manufacturing, part cooling, and part drying or liquid removal. Features include an easy adjustment valve for airflow control on specific models, a light touch activation trigger, a "Dead Man's" grip safety feature that shuts off airflow if the handle is dropped, a highly ergonomic handle insulated against heat and cold, and integrated air nozzle guards. The TurboBlast® complies with OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards and includes a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
