The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor designed to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances as well as to handle abrasive or heavy materials. The Heavy Duty Line Vac kit includes a Heavy Duty Line Vac, mounting bracket, filter separator, and pressure regulator with coupler. It is constructed of hardened alloy for durability, features the highest throughput capability among similar products, and is compact and quiet with no moving parts. It fits standard hose, tube, and pipe, making it versatile for applications such as hopper loading, fiber tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, chip removal, part transfer, and filling operations. The EXAIR Line Vacs comply with OSHA's safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meet the noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with all sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and maintains compliance with the Conflict Minerals Rule to ensure conflict-free sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold, using the CMRT 3.02 template to document the supply chain.
