The Variblast® Precision Safety Air Gun, equipped with Model 901220 chip shields, is a powerful and ergonomic air gun made from glass reinforced nylon that delivers variable force controlled by the trigger valve, allowing precise adjustment from light to maximum force. Designed for applications such as part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying, it can be fitted with a variety of 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles. The air gun is lightweight and comfortable to operate during extended use, featuring a variable flow trigger and producing a highly focused blast of air. Its small nozzle and extension enable access to tight spaces while reducing compressed air costs and improving blowoff performance. The Variblast meets OSHA noise level and pressure requirements, ensuring enhanced safety, and includes Model 901220 chip shields for added protection.
