The TURBOBLAST® safety air guns are ergonomic devices designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds, featuring a soft grip housing a one-finger button trigger that activates powerful airflow. A gate valve allows on-the-fly airflow adjustment to deliver variable airflow as required by the application. The rugged cast aluminum handle is surrounded by an over-molded soft yet durable elastomer grip that is UV and chemical resistant, housing a low-profile trigger button protected against impact if dropped. An automatic air shut-off mechanism engages if the gun is released or dropped, ensuring operator safety by preventing unintended airflow. The trigger requires minimal squeeze to activate the nozzles, efficiently removing stubborn debris, slag, flash, or liquids from challenging processes. The air gun includes an easy adjustment valve for controlling airflow force, a light touch activation trigger, a "dead man's" grip safety that shuts off airflow if the handle is dropped, a highly ergonomic insulated handle protecting from heat or cold, and an integrated air nozzle guard.
