The Variblast® precision safety air gun kit includes the model 901220 chip shield and longer type 316 stainless steel extension pipes designed for hard-to-reach areas. This glass-reinforced nylon air gun produces variable force through simple trigger valve adjustment, allowing precise control over the airflow by squeezing the trigger partially or fully for maximum force. It can be equipped with various 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles and features a lightweight, small, comfortable, and ergonomic design suitable for extended use. The gun provides a highly focused blast of air with small nozzles and extensions that fit into tight spaces, resulting in reduced compressed air cost and improved blowoff performance. It is suitable for applications such as part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying. The Variblast air gun meets OSHA noise level and pressure requirements, ensuring enhanced safety during operation.
