The system offers portability, rapid static decay rates, and low compressed air consumption to efficiently remove static electricity, contaminants, and dust from three-dimensional parts before assembly, packaging, painting, or finishing. The Gen4 Ion Air Gun neutralizes static electricity and cleans with low air consumption while operating quietly and effectively up to 15 feet (4.6 m). It is shockless, non-radioactive, compact, rugged, and easy to install, featuring an intake that can be ducted, no moving parts for low maintenance, and variable force and flow.
