The Heavy Duty Line Vac is EXAIR's most powerful conveyor, engineered to convey materials over longer vertical and horizontal distances and to handle abrasive or heavy materials. The Heavy Duty Line Vac kit includes the Heavy Duty Line Vac unit itself, a mounting bracket, a filter separator, and a pressure regulator with coupler. Constructed from hardened alloy, it features the highest throughput capability in a compact and quiet design with no moving parts, and fits standard hose, tube, and pipe sizes. The product complies with OSHA safety requirements, the EU General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and meets noise limitation requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), with sound level measurements taken at 3 feet away. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, using the CMRT 3.02 template to ensure supply chain transparency and conflict-free materials.
