TURBOBLAST® safety air guns are ergonomic tools designed to produce very high airflow and force up to 23 pounds, featuring a soft grip with a one-finger button trigger that activates powerful airflow. The kit includes a gate valve for on-the-fly airflow adjustment to meet varying application demands. The rugged cast aluminum handle is encased in an over-molded, soft yet durable elastomer grip that is both UV and chemical resistant, housing a low-profile trigger button protected against damage if dropped. An automatic air shut-off mechanism engages if the gun is released or dropped, preventing operator injury. The trigger requires only a slight squeeze to activate the nozzles for removing stubborn debris, slag, flash, or liquids from harsh industrial processes. The air gun offers easy valve adjustment for airflow control, a light-touch activation trigger, a "dead man's" grip for safety by turning off airflow if the handle is dropped, and a highly ergonomic insulated handle to protect against heat or cold. An integrated air nozzle guard enhances safety, and the device meets OSHA noise exposure and pressure standards.
