The 36"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems and connects easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, the 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and a single rivet beam on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and are adjustable at 1" increments. The unit features pre-sized panels for seamless installation and an open design that allows four-sided access to stored items, making it ideal for any industry where cleanliness is essential.
