The 48"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, suitable for healthcare and food service applications, and the shelves adjust in 1" increments. The unit supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and comes with pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
