The 36"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability, while single rivet beams support the middle shelf. The boltless, rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into posts to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and the unit offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The pre-sized panels allow for seamless installation, and the open design enhances accessibility to stored items.
