The 36"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit expands existing storage systems by connecting to coordinating commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for multiple continuous units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with single rivet horizontal beams on the middle shelf and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, at 1" increments, is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, and supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The pre-sized panels allow seamless installation, and the open design supports four-sided access, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
