The 48"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits in a T-post configuration for continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, it includes four adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The unit features a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability and reliable support. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway, and the shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Panels are pre-sized for seamless installation, shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
