The 48"W x 12"D x 60"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving solution. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway, and each adjustable shelf fitted with DuraDeck decking offers a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, are adjustable at 1" increments, and feature pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
