The 48"W x 24"D x 36"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. This 3-shelf unit includes a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. Rivet button stud construction securely locks the perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a stable joint to minimize back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and can be adjusted in 1" increments.
