The 36"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this four-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction secures perimeter beams into the posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The unit features pre-sized panels for seamless installation and an open design allowing four-sided access to stored items, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
