The 36"W x 12"D x 72"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is made from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to prevent back and side sway. This 4-shelf unit offers four-sided access to stored items, with adjustable shelves that move in 1" increments and support up to 400 lbs. per level when the load is evenly distributed. Each shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving unit is designed for seamless installation with pre-sized panels and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
