The 36"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with ease, connecting to coordinating starter units through a T-post configuration for continuous shelving. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this four-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf to provide enhanced stability and support. The rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams securely into the posts, minimizing back and side sway. Adjustable shelves, which support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, are fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service environments due to its easy-to-clean properties. The shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and the pre-sized panels facilitate seamless installation.
